A term used to describe three main STD's which run rampid in the midwest, mainly in the county of Douglas. This word is derived from three separate STD's know as Herpes, Gonahrrea, and Syphillis. Put together in combination the prognosis for these diseases does not look good. This condition has been known to completely eliminate one's sex life, causing individuals to have no reason to live.

When I rolled up to the pharmacy I was getting the stink eye for filling my Valtrex, but they just didn't understand that my herpagonasiphilies flared up again.
