The combination of herpes, gonnorhea, syphilis, and aids. Quite a nasty combination, usually used to make jokes about a person who is extremely sexually active.
Sam - I wouldn't be surprised if Trevor had herpigonacifilaids, with all that stuff he's doing in the back seat of chevy's and stuff.
