What is Hey Charger?

An advertising catch phrase, or call, for the release of the Chrysler Valiant Charger motor car in Australia in 1971. The phrase or call, was featured on T.V. advertisements, and featured people yelling "Hey Charger!" at all Charger drivers. The phrase and accompanying "V" sign with fingers is still given today amoung Chrysler Valiant afficianados.
Upon seeing a Valiant Charger, one would yell "Hey Charger!" accompanied by the "V" sign.
