What is Hi Good?

When 2 people who vaguely remember each other (like someone you went to high school with), run into each other and they both realize they have nothing to say to each other.
1st person: "Hey, How are you doing?"
2nd person: "Hi Good" .....you?"
1st person: "Good"...
then the silence]
