verb: to hiemel, when someone makes something out of useless things, without a purpose, though the result could be usefull.
noun: useless junk people keep because they think it can be handy sometimes or they think it has any value.
like people always have a basket or ashtrey or something they can keep stuff in filled with rubbish, like a pencil and a screw and a peace of a broken remote control and lots of small objects togheter they are : hiemel
