A Suburb about 12 km south of Melbourne, Australia. Highett contains government commission housing and has a relativley high crime rate. The train station is the heart of Highett. Where alot of local franchises including a newsagency and particularlly good charcoal chicken shop. The area has grafitti everywhere, but it is usually
