To not be able to chaw and koolnut; to be out of chaw or kool-aid; to have higs'ed oneself to death
Guy: Did you see Heath Ledger died?
Other Guy: Yeah, I heard he died from a Xanax overdose.
Guy: Thats not what I heard....
Other Guy: What did you hear?
Guy: a Higs overdose
Other Guy: Wow I would have never seen that coming. I mean the man was in Brokeback Mountain.
Guy: Yea I know waht you mean, it makes me sick. I guess he was really higs'ed out.
