Hikeningrod

What is Hikeningrod?

1.

A single piece non telescopic hiking pole typically found in a pair traditionally used for forcibly striking spruce trees which impede travel.

The gang of thugish spruce trees crept up on the unsuspecting bushwhacker as he approached 3000 feet of elevation. With sweaty palms and a tinge of fear the bushwhacker unsheathed his mighty bent hikeningrods which he wielded with the confidence and skill of a Jedi. He thrashed his way through wave upon unrelenting wave of spruce and fir until reaching the summit canister of a thousand triumphs!
