A woman (putting it lightly) that is so ugly, or fugly, that you wouldn't touch it with your nasty drunk uncles winky. Comes from the melding, or cross breeding of the following animals: Hippopatomus-meaning fat as a hippo, Pladipuss-meaning walks like a pladipus, or as freakish as one, doodle or poodle, meaning it has kinky hair, mop head or just nasty head.
