What is Hizukify, Hizukifying, Hizukifyied?

When something is exemplfied as being not neccesarily stupid nor smart. It is neither foolish nor wise. It is simply and utterly cute, causing one to become hysterical and overwhelmed by this person or thing's voice, touch or mer presence.
The way Jessica told me about her dream of us getting all cozeh(cozy) made me burst into glee. It was Amazing. It was so precious that I became hizukifyied.
