What is Hmeh-hmeh?

Bellybutton lint. Pronounced Hmmeh-hmmeh. A term often used by Outward Bound instructors after days on end without a shower. Often times more hmeh-hmeh is found on people with hairy bellybuttons. First heard from a group of people from Rochester, MN in 1990.
After skiing all day in my polypropelene shirt, I had a huge wad of hmeh-hmeh in my bellybutton.
