A breakfast dish prepared by buttering a piece of bread on both sides, cutting a hole in the middle with a biscuit cutter, then placing the bread in a fry pan and breaking an egg into the hole. The round piece of bread, cut by the biscuit cutter, is cooked in the pan along with the hobo.
