What is Hochheimer?

When a girl you meet and begin talking to gets a boyfriend either during or very soon after your conversation. This girl then continues to talk to you as if nothing changed.
Jake- "Dude have you talked to her recently?"
Brandon- "No, she pulled a total Hochheimer on me!"
Jake- "Yeah same, but she still talks to me."
