What is Hocksee?

Pronounced "HOCK-see": The act of a child running through/between an adult's legs, often with a light tap/brushing on the male adults genitals on the way through. Super-hocksee involves one of the child's arms locked around one adult leg for rapid "round and round" action, or multiple hocksees in rapid succession.
