What is Hoe Out?

To skip out or bail on your friends with no notice or explanation. When you "hoe out" under no circumstances are you allowed to call and say you're not showing up. Under no circumstances are you allowed to tell anyone bye before you leave. Just say you're going to the bathroom or something, then split.
"You totally hoed out on us last night. Where the hell did you go?"
"Mike will probably hoe out like always. That
fag !"
