When one is prohibited from any slightly promiscuous, slutty, or inappropriate behavior due to past behavior that was overly promiscuous, slutty, or inappropriate. Meant to help one clean up one's act.
Because of behavior at the dance, Sally was on hoebation and couldn't date the guy from juvi.
