1. A Hoenetch is someone who is completely and totally crazy, most see him or her as being high or drunk, even when they are not.
Though hoenetches can be very obnoxious and slow, most of what they do results in hilarity, mainly because they are to stupid to realize what they are doing of saying.
Being called a hoenetch is usually considered bad, since those who are ones are usually mentally retarded. Though if you find a true hoenetch, they will take it as a complement.
"You are such a hoenetch!"
"Damn that hoenetch!"
"God damnit hoenetch! You just destroyed a months worth of work!"
"Get away from me you fucking hoenetch!"
