The act of kicking someone in the nuts with your shin so your foot can extend and kick them in the tail bone, thus double wammying them and insuring instant collapsation. When done to a woman this is reffered to as heindouse.
Me: Dude! Tommy pissed me off yesterday so I
spazzed out and hoindouse'd him and he hasnt spoke to me since.
A guy: Righteous! I heindouse'd hannah this morning cuz she forgot to put syrup on my
