Holgatard Edit Meaning

A person who uses a Holga camera yet knows absolutely nothing about photography. Rather than give any serious thought to composition, exposure, or how the "low-fi" look enhances a scene, a Holgatard takes a "spray and pray" approach and shoots everything and anything in the hope one or two frames will look nice.

If you've ever referred to the film used in the Holga as "120 mm" or "Holga film", given a photo store clerk a blank look when he asked you if you wanted 160 speed or 400 speed film, or use a Holga because it's "cool", then you're a Holgatard.
