Holloray

What is Holloray?

1.

A greeting coined from the 1999 Sega Dreamcast video game, "Seaman." Near the beginning of the game, once your "eggs" hatch, the fish will greet you, but instead of saying, "Hello!" they say, "Holloray!" I tend to use this just to provoke some odd responses.

"Yo, Steve!"

"Holloray!"

"What?"

"I said, 'Holloray!'"

"Are you back into drugs?"

"No, no! Remember 'Seaman?' Ah, good times."
