A comical quasi racist slang term combining the words homey and the racial slur coon. Homecoon can be used by anyone of any race and one does not have to be black to be referred to as homecoon. Homecoon is a friendly word as it connotes friendship with the homey root word. This word is the invention of an ultra cool white comedian from north Orange county.
