derogative term, but still VERY loving. pronounced with a very heavy accent in the last syllable, quite like a "lisp," some mite say. best buds, very much like a biz, but much better in at least two different ways, perhaps three, it's all still very much under speculation:

1) you have been the best of friends for AT LEAST the past 5 years

2) preferrably since 8th grade
