Those who have achieved this state do not have to order. The entire staff already knows what you like & exactly how you like it and they begin preparing it when they see you pull into the parking lot. The origin of this comes from scores of Midwestern waitresses who, in real life and a few bad sitcoms, call favored customers "Hon" which is a shortened version of "honey".
