What is Honda Honker?

Any Honda driver that excessively and needlessly honks their horn. Most often, they will honk their horn after losing a race or when they are forced to share the road with other drivers.
There is no solution to this problem, just let the Honda drivers get angry and laugh at their misfortune to drive such a poor vehicle.
eg. After Susan made a careful lane change she heard a toot from a Honda Honker that was dangerously speeding up to her back bumper.
