A combination of the words honda and retard. Typically, a not so bright young Asian or Caucasian male who spends a boatload of money on accessories such as body kits, spoilers, exhaust systems, etc. for his weak-ass 75 horsepower Honda Civic and then thinks he is driving a high performance exotic, as exhibitied by his idiotic attempts at street racing.
