One who has the uncontrolable need to train-horn innocent by standers (including but not limited to) bicyclists, pedestrians, tweakers, children, and the elderly.
I am a honkaholic because I use my train horn to blast the folowing (including but not limited to) bicyclists, pedestrians, tweakers, children, and the elderly.
