When one (usually a male), uses their member as a mallet to administer striking blows to another ones forehead. The key to administering a successful Hoodipah is to actually yell "Hoodipah Hoodipah Hoodipah" , as you are striking your victim.
After several unsuccessful attempts to give my girlfriend a Tony Danza, I had no choice but to administer a set of Hoodipahs to get her attention.
