What is Hoodlin?

!a Hoodlin; the combination of a cyclist (referred to as B2) connected to a skate-boarder (B1) traveling as one. A Hoodlin usually travels under the cover of darkness as to hide their identities.
The two members which make up a Hoodlin always wear their uniform of a hooded jumper as it makes them appear more scary and rebellious.
To add to the appearance of a Hoodlin, members usually attach a large stereo to the front of the bicycle and play overly loud rap music.
