What is Hoogen?

The only word currently pronouncable in the English phenoetic system (pronounced who-Ga-en) that cannot be yelled loudly without ripping your vocal cords. Also used in reference to something unexplainable but still important or meaningful at the same time.
Random Attractive Girl: "I would really enjoy wrapping my lips around your tree and sucking the bark off of your limbs"
