to reach the point of intoxication where you lose all ability to think rationally, are released from all inhibitions, and your vision becomes to blurred you can no longer read your moral compass.
Origin; This slang is thought to have originated circa 185 B.C when it was law that if you were caught canoodleing with a prostitute you could be sentence to death by stoning. When a man became so inebriated that he disregarded the consequences and purchased the services of a prostitute, he was said to be "hooker pissed"

"Either he cannot stand up or he is purposely laying on that very homely women, he must be hooker pissed."
