an effeminite homosexual male, one who is often seen abusing methamphetamines and/or other psychostimulants in the bathroom at the local gay bar. as implied by the prefix 'hooker', these men are often found in said bathroom on their knees.
'joe, you see that hookerbelle over there - the one with the glitter in his hair and the manpurse? I just saw her givin a blizzy to that guy in the baseball shirt over there.'
