Any former or current resident of the University of Cincinnati's Calhoun Hall.

Known for excessive fire alarm late-night rituals, 'Nati Light consumption, and weekend brunch specials.

Generally found in the Clifton area following freshman year.

Those Hoonies are crazy. I heard they had 3 fire alarms in one night.
