What is Hormonal Teenagers?

Teenagers that do not like one another but cross boundaries some teens may not be comfortable with. They lack control and often seem to be touching the other in a playful way or believed (however this is a matter of opinion in most cases) to be flirting according to a third party. They often let their hormones get the better of them. They are just two inexperienced, young teenagers looking for attention from the opposite sex.
Those two are such
hormonal teenagers , they can't keep their hands off of each other even though they don't like one another.
