used to describe those between the ages of 11 and 15 (middle schoolers), referring to the erratic and often irrational behaviors that often accompany puberty. Can also refer to their emotional outbursts and perverted tendencies.
You'll have to excuse them for their drama queen tendencies and pre-occupation with sex. They're little hormone bombs, after all.
