Eastern Africa.

The term also refers to the greater region containing the countries of Djibouti, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Somalia. Sudan and Kenya are sometimes included as well.

It was named the "HORN" due to the resembling of a rhino's upper horn if you look at the map of africa.
