a state of drunken-ness, often causing eratic behaviour. including but NOT limited to; high five-ing, yelling, giggling, dribbling, mumbling, stumbling, cheering, crying, staring, hugging random people, nudie runs, spontanious sex, and of course projectile vomiting........
