What is Horse Drawer?

A kid (primarily female) in the back of the class room commonly seen wearing late 80s to early 90s style t-shirts which picture a horse or a wolf in front of a mountain, or forrest type landscape. These kids are very quiet and spend the majority of their time in class drawing pictures of horses and reading book which involve a young girl and her horse.
"Hey dude, do you see that girl in the back of the class?" "Do you mean the one in the tourist T-shirt from New Mexico circa 1989?" "Yeah, her. Do you know her name?" "No, but she's a fuckin' Horse Drawer."
