It consists of Texas toast, covered in meat (usually beef), freedom (french) fries and then cheese sauce (traditionally Welsh Rarebit cheese sauce but chedder or american cheese sauce is just as good) The fries and cheese layeres can be switched in order as they usually ooze togethor anyway.
