What is Hosebait?

An individual or organization that is not worth the time you spent reading this definition; akin to douche bag or queerbait. Alludes to an individual with a propensity to wantonly attract a specific male member (hence the hose). Can be used well when shouting in traffic, describing people that obviously didn't get the ubiquitous memo, or in any appropriate expression of displeasure or poor taste.

"Shoot me in the face. This hosebait in the LeBaron can't effing drive."
