Similar to the Cleveland Steamer except that the person eats lots of fiber (such as cereal) the day before. When the person shits, hot wet shit flies everywhere.

Two days ago my husband ate 6 cups of cereal for breakfast. Last night when we were having sex he blew hot cereal all over me.
