Similar to the Hot Karl, which involves defecating into a tube sock and then hitting your partner in the face with it. The difference is the origin, the Hot Harl was popularized in the midwest, and is usually done in front of an audience.
The new kid was invited over to his peer's house for an initiation in the form of a "hot harl."
