A Variation on the Hot Carl in which jalapeno peppers, spices and laxatives are consumed prior to the event usually leading to massive diarrhea onto your partner rather than the "Carl" effect which is typically in log form and easier to clean up.
I gave a Hot Mexican to my partner last night. He/She spent hours cleaning/throwing up and was not too pleased. I, on the other hand, was rather pleased with my performance.
