Hot Sauce! Edit Meaning

When someone gets slapped on the back of their neck.

after the person slaps the other persons neck he says "Hot Sauce!"

Step 1: Find a person with an open neck

Step 2: get your hand ready and flat

Step 3: Sneek up behind them

Step 4: Now hit him on the back of his neck

(make sure it makes a "smack" sound if it doesnt make the noise then it is not an authentic Hot Sauce)

Step 5: Now say "Hot Sauce!" kind of in a high pitch southern accent sound.
