The sexual fetish act involving two fat lovers(straight or gay). It is when when one person defecates into another persons fat rolls. Then they rub the fesces in the fat rolls. After it is all rubbed in, the person who did the defecating licks all of the fesces off and spits it into the other person's mouth.
