Hotel 2 Edit Meaning

When one performs acts such as "making out" or kissing in the same room as another person or people that have nothing to do with the event. Often the person is totally unaware of the presents of these other people. In order to consider it hotel 2 the bistanders must feel awkward and/or out of place.

5 people are watching tv. In the middle of the show two of the viewers start to make out. One of the guys turnes to talk to his friend beside him, but unfortunatly hotel 2 has already taken effect. This leaves the remainder of the group in an awkward situation: They have just been hotel 2'd.
