Always refers to students and alumni of Cornell's elite Hotel School, the world's leader in hotel administration. People and other schools try to mimic, but always land far from the best.
Being a Hotelie is NOT just about managing a hotel; if you really think that hotel management is solely about managing hotels, you need to rethink your outlook.
