As a homosextual term, it is a term on having a hot peice of male bootie. Also, it is a term of a hamberger from Carls Jr. that burns the crap out of your mouth. Being that the resturant dosent cook it untill you order it (thus the long waiting time), that a hot Karl is easily uses, although it is misspelled. Insert copyright here.
