(hot)-(squeeze) A Hot-Squeeze is when you're taking a shit and the very last little bit needs that extra push to jump out and into the nice cool multi-yellow-colored pool below. This extra pushing can cause severe burning on the anus, and also alot of pressure on the rectum.
