Hounding, or to Hound. Actively pursue a member of the opposite sex. Generally whilst partaking on a drinking binge, often with friends.

When a person is out to put dirt on you whether its false or true they will do anything to ruin your relationship with the opposite/same sex of the person your interested/like or love.
