What is House Gnomes?

Suburban Hell residents. They are typified by their desire to avoid any and all contact with everyone that does not live within 20 foot, or two house, radius of their home whenever possible. They also are consumed with continuing the mundane and boring lives while not confronting wrong doing in public.
The house gnomes keep there heads down and avoided any confrontation when I cut in front of a bunch of them in a line at the store in
Suburban Hell .
